We belong to the Association of Real Estate Professionals of Valencia, which guarantees our clients that we have a Civil Liability Insurance and Surety Insurance for the delivery of money.
We have the CRS designation.
This means that we are specialists in the residential market. This designation is granted to the real estate professional who credits years of experience, sales in the sector and obtains the necessary credits by approving the appropriate exams.
We are part of 2 MLS, with this we are able to be united with more than 140 agencies, which guarantees the owner who trusts the management of the sale of his property a very high rate of success and that we can carry out in practically all cases the sale of your property, because the buyer is us or any of the agencies with which we collaborate, we are also in continuous recycling since every month thanks to belonging to these associations we have training courses. In a continuous improvement of our processes, we also wanted to have a fleet of vehicles, among which we have a van that has served us well to serve customers who sell or rent their property and need to move objects without charging anything for this service, just for having that detail with them, since they place their trust in our management:)
